Upon receiving your item, you have a 30-day return window to request exchange, store credit, or refund, return the product(s) to us and send the tracking number information through email (pleasuresofbeautee@gmail.com). In order to qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund, your item must meet certain criteria: it should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds to the original payment method for sale items.

Shipping hours: Orders placed by 12pm EST are shipped SAME DAY (business days only). Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Purchases made on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping Delivery time is depending on the shipping time frame you choose at checkout.

When your item(s) has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, from which you can check the status of shipment via Usps.com/tracking.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

All major credit cards,PayPal, Pay later merchants, and cash for in-person purchases. SAME DAY PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE DAILY ON ALL ITEMS.
